Preschool Room Leader (Ect/Dip) & Diploma Educator

Little Feet Early Learning & Childcare Waverley is a privately owned, purpose built 60 place centre in the heart of Waverley. We are seeking enthusiastic Educators to join our friendly and supportive team! 

We are currently recruiting:

• Young Preschool Room Lead Educator - Can be Diploma or ECT, flexible full-time role, 5 days or 4 long days. 
• Diploma Qualified Float Educator - Can be diploma or Working Towards, flexible full-time role, 5 days or 4 long days.   

Our 60 place centre is spread across four classrooms (Nursery, Toddler, Young Preschool and Preschool), is light filled and has a variety of outdoor spaces. Including a spacious rooftop playground. 

We are focused on creating a positive, open, and honest environment for all our staff and recognise that our team is key in providing a quality education to our children. We believe the Education should be meaningful and provide purposeful learning opportunities that allow children to succeed in everything they do.

Your Role

• Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
• Observe and evaluate children's development
• Communicate positively with children, staff and families on a daily basis
• To show a great love of children and have a knowledge of developmental areas

You will need:

• Diploma in Early Education and Care or ECT Degree (or working towards)
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS 
• First Aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Great written and verbal communication skills
