An exciting new role has become available for a Pre-start / administrator to join a vibrant team in Osborne Park
TEN Recruitment are working closely with a leading residential home building company who build fresh and fun modern homes. Centrally located in Osborne Park they have a great culture and are looking to add a Home Building Administrator / Prestart Consultant to their team.Your responsibilities may include:
- Liaising with clients in regards to all aspects of their home post sale and pre construction
- Prestart meetings (assist with colour and material selections)
- Prepare contact documents
- Prepare base addenda and construction addenda
- Raise variations
- Use software to track and manage the build
- Ensure client receives the highest level of customer service
- Ad hoc admin associated with these duties
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers both face to face and over the phone
- IT Skills including MS Office and relevant industry software experience
