Prestart / Administrator

An exciting new role has become available for a Pre-start / administrator to join a vibrant team in Osborne Park

TEN Recruitment are working closely with a leading residential home building company who build fresh and fun modern homes. Centrally located in Osborne Park they have a great culture and are looking to add a Home Building Administrator / Prestart Consultant to their team.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Liaising with clients in regards to all aspects of their home post sale and pre construction
• Prestart meetings (assist with colour and material selections)
• Prepare contact documents
• Prepare base addenda and construction addenda
• Raise variations
• Use software to track and manage the build
• Ensure client receives the highest level of customer service
• Ad hoc admin associated with these duties

Essential criteria:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers both face to face and over the phone
• IT Skills including MS Office and relevant industry software experience
