This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled Diesel Fitter to join our Northern Territory, Alice Springs team as a 3600 Site Support Fitter. In this permanent role you will service and maintain a fleet of D3612 generator packages in a start-of-the-art powerhouse situated in Central Australia.
This role is on offer to both Alice Springs locals or FIFO candidates as a 2:2 roster. FIFO is available from Brisbane (preferred) or open to other locations for the right candidate.
We are seeking a highly skilled technician with current experience in power generation, or motivation to upskill in this area. NV1 Clearance highly desirable but not essential.

About You
A successful teammate will have:
Trade Qualification – Certificate III Engineering (Diesel Fitting)
Power generation experience is highly desirable
Previous experience on CAT machinery & CAT diagnostic systems
Applicant must be able to pass an NV1 clearance check.
Committed to a No Harm environment
Mechanical and diagnostic skills to carry out and perform Preventative Maintenance & servicing tasks
Well-developed customer and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
