About the RoleOur Corporate Support Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our contract team in the position of
Pricing Coordinator, who masters in accuracy of records and continuous improvement whilst maintaining the integrity of customer prices in our ERP system.This position is based at our Parramatta head office with a flexible working arrangement.Reporting to the National Manager - Fleet solution, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with maintaining data across the ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested.
- Maintaining our contract pricing in line with policy levels and updating parts pricing and margins.
- Supporting the preparation of various reports and system maintenance on a weekly and monthly basis, as required.
- Helping to maintain documentation of the processes.
- Assisting in seeking process improvements and analytics for error detection and process control, ensuring accurate pricing and margins.
- Keeping a good working relationship with customers, peers, and other departments.
To be successful in your application, you will need a high level of motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail to assist within our great team environment:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, a team player who can work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reasonable level of ability to manipulate and interpret data and ability to initiate changes.
- A few years of work experience, working in a similar role in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience with large ERP systems is advantageous.
