Individuals are enabled to challenge the procurement and daily processes driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations teams that grow the unique value offering of the FleetPartners brand.What you’ll be doing:Daily Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset pricing, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company’s / suppliers guidelines – meeting all SLA’s / KPI’s.
  • Analysing, profiling and identifying irregularities of quote requests.
  • Sourcing competitive pricing from the dealer network.
  • Confirm all relevant dealer and manufacturer discounts available to both asset and client are applied.
  • Working with Customer design fit out requests and sourcing competitive pricing.
  • Meeting the turnaround times in having pricing returned to the Customer.
  • Responsible and accountable for the functional procurement process, including the effective communication across the relevant internal departments and external suppliers
  • Responsible for the 3rd party accessory supplier network, including invoicing, aging reporting, and on-time payment
  • Support with the management of product, pricing and general enquires of the procurement area.

  • Monitor the overall performance of dealers in accordance with FleetPartners Group service level requirements
  • Complete all duties allocated from time to time by the Line Manager
Innovation / Continuous Improvement activities:
  • Optimisation of pricing procedures to maximise efficiency and turnaround of quote requests.
  • Optimisation of the internal supplier reconciliation processes
  • Educating the sales team on the latest product trends and configurations
  • Proactively involved in the ongoing development, improvement, revision and implementation of procurement, quoting and IT processes and practices as the needs of the Group evolve.
  • Identifying irregularity trends and support with inter-departmental process development and education.
  • Recommend new dealers to be added and dealers to be deleted from list based on price and performance
Administration and documentation:
  • Ensure all relevant notes are added to the quote
  • Maintain the pricing matrix on the ERP with manufacturers list price, fleet discounts, bonuses and rebates
  • Maintain preferred dealer listing for both quoting and ordering of assets
  • Ensure all relevant notes are added to the 3rd party supplier matrix and provide status updates on a weekly basis
  • Construct dealer quote request form and send to dealer if required
RequirementsRequired qualifications, skills and experience:
  • Must be customer focused, internal and external with strong service mentality
  • Relevant finance, accounting, or pricing/procurement experience, preferably within the motor vehicle or related industry
  • High concern for detail and the desire for accuracy and quality in work completed
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both written and verbally.
  • Experience working in a team environment and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously to meet deadline
Qualifications or measurable experience:
  • School Certificate (Year 12) or equivalent
  • Relevant costing, finance or procurement experience, preferably within the motor vehicle or related industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in business discipline are an advantage
