About the Person
The Pricing & Costing Analyst (Team Leader) is responsible for ensuring data integrity and maintenance of Polyaire’s customer price list structures, reviewing inventory costs nationally, assisting with annual national price loads, conducting variance and cost reporting, and providing support for inventory master data.
Key Responsibilities
These functions within Polyaire will cover sales-related areas on a national basis.

  • Analyse and maintain customer price structures in the ERP system.
  • Evaluate customer price structures, reporting on variances to current costs.
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure accurate customer pricing settings.
  • Review and report on Delinquent Open Branch transactions.
  • Monitor accuracy of standard and actual costs.
  • Assist Inventory personnel with daily transactional requests.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Operational Accountant.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures to protect employee health and safety.
  • Identify and report potential problems affecting product and service quality.
  • Provide input and recommendations for the improvement of Company processes and standard procedures.
Attributes and Experience:
  • Strong problem-solving and computer system skills.
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on exposure to an integrated ERP system (Epicor preferable) supporting inventory and sales functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a prerequisite.
  • Ability to interact effectively with warehouse, clerical staff, and State Managers in all branches.
  • Willingness to work outside of the office environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and interact with the Finance & Admin team.
  • Practical skills and exposure to customer pricing systems, transaction analysis, high-volume data processing, understanding financial (GL) effects of sales and costing functions, and product costing (standard, actual, expected).
  • Operational focus viewed favorably for potential career progression opportunities into branch operational roles.
