This role will collaborate with Lines of Business leads (product category or market based) and marketing team members to ensure the correct execution of our pricing strategy. Once the transformation is executed, you will be developing and testing your pricing hypotheses from ideation to execution, in conjunction with both the Lines of Business leads and the Central Pricing team.What You Will DoDeveloping a deep understanding of our pricing methodologies and supporting models to determine the optimal list prices and promotions for the ANZ line of businessCustomer Culture- Influence a commercial customer-obsessed team mindset, leveraging data & analytics to create first class site experiences for our ANZ customersDeveloping and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitabilityAnalysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levelsAssist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysisExtensive collaboration with both core stakeholders across the business as well as with the central pricing teamCreating the overall roadmap for pricing optimization and testing strategy for ANZCreating, curating, and executing promotional offers in collaboration with business leads and marketing teamsDefining and implementing pricing strategies for a broad range of products. This includes identifying an opportunity, creating a hypothesis, building impact assessments, getting buy-in on the pricing recommendation and implementing the changes on the siteTracking and measuring the success of the hypothesesCommunicating hypotheses and results of price changes/tests to a varied audienceUnderstanding competition and price elasticity of products and modelling scenarios to understand profitability impact of pricing changesMentoring others in the teamWhat you’ll bring to the role:At Vista, we value the experiences that individual team members add to our culture.
