The successful person will work with our dynamic teaching team and have a clear and shared focus on enhancing the learning of all students.Promote meaningful and age appropriate learning for all studentsMaintain safe and inclusive learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plansWork collaboratively to plan and implement school programs with a diversity perspectiveAssist the classroom teacher in identifying and prioritising vulnerable studentsAssist and support Case Management processes and implements strategies which derives from themModel inclusive teaching practices in order to build the capacity of classroom teachersWork collaboratively within the learning space to build the capacity of students to participate and succeed in regular classroom activitiesAssist with the delivery of professional learning opportunities for all staff in their field of expertisePerform specific tasks as directed by the principal and their delegateAvailability to work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (potential to work Monday to Friday)Qualifications and accreditations:Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearanceEligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)Tertiary Qualification in Education/Teaching
