Due to continued growth my client, a highly regarded mid tier firm, are seeking a great candidate to step in as a principal to assist the partner, ideally the right candidate would be ready to step up into a Partner position within 12months. Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients including companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Preparation and review of complex financial statements.
- Preparing management accounting reports for review.
- Reviewing tax and FBT returns and identifying non-compliance issues from them.
- Manage, delegate, develop junior staff
- Providing complex business advisory services
- Review of job and year end tax planning advice for clients;
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in public practice working for mid-tier or above.
- Has people management experience
- Extensive exposure to larger client groups
- Would like to become a Partner
