- Ability to project manage significant infrastructure projects
- Manage a high value portfolio of chargeable work
- Provide expert acoustic consulting for a broad range of environmental acoustics projects nationally throughout Australia
- Collaboration with peers in all offices
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the government policies, guidelines and associated standards relating to environmental acoustics within our regions of work
- Lead and conduct noise and vibration assessments across diverse project types and sizes
- Demonstrate expertise in the assessment of operational and construction aspects of projects
- Experience with noise and vibration modelling software such as SoundPlan or Cadna
- Be a role model in the implementation of Resonates Safety and Quality Management System
- Provide mentoring and training to other team members
- Ensure project invoicing and revenue forecasting for yourself and project team members, is undertaken in a timely manner.
