An exciting new role in Respect Victoria, this position provides strategic advice, strengthen engagement with stakeholders and identify opportunities to increase the organisation's influence and impact across the state. Working in the Strategy, Policy and Impact (SPI) Directorate, connecting regularly with the Communications and Community Change (CCC) Directorate and the People, Governance and Operations (PGO) Directorate, and supporting the organisation's Senior Leadership Team, you will be critical in ensuring that the strategic direction, partnerships and systems that underpin the delivery of Respect Victoria's critical role are clear, effective and impactful. You will build and nurture strong and trusted relationships with Managers in the SPI Directorate, the wider Leadership and Senior Leadership teams and lead the organisation's approach to engagement with external stakeholders. You will also take a key role in supporting the organisation to deliver on the five-year Strategic Plan by working with the Senior Leadership team to establish annual strategic priorities for Respect Victoria, develop and coordinate an updated approach to stakeholder engagement, and oversee the operational and project level planning, budgeting and reporting processes for the SPI Directorate.You are a leader and collaborator with demonstrated passion and energy in designing and delivering activities that support effective primary prevention and demonstrate the value of Respect Victoria in the Victorian prevention system. The successful candidate will be an experienced senior manager, collaborative leader and strategic thinker who can facilitate the effective translation of strategic priorities into planning and reporting processes which support the management of Respect Victoria's budget and deliverables.
