About the role:Our client is currently seeking an experienced Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Law. Have the opportunity to learn from an industry leading partner and work for a well resourced practice on interesting employment matters.
Duties:- Prepare court documents including pleadings and submissions.
- Be an effective advocate, including appearing in courts and tribunals, representing clients and negotiate effectively with other solicitors.
- Hit the ground running with employment matters.
- Work well under pressure and with conflicting priorities.
- Interpret contracts and draft deeds of settlement and release.
- Undertake research at an efficient pace and with an analytical mind.
- Communicate exceptionally well and build relationships.
- Have a proactive approach to project management of your matters.
- Manage client demands and expectations in an empathetic manner.
- Effectively scope matters including preparing costs proposals.
- Work across multiple industries.
- Prepare evidence.
