- Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or related field.
- 10 years of successful geotechnical engineering experience, coupled with principal or senior-level engineering expertise
- Commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- A track record in business development, with a knack for securing and cultivating client relationships
