About the role: Providing technical leadership on multiple projects including providing expertise and knowledge of site water management systems, water management structures, dams and earthworks design, road and drainage infrastructure design. Engage in business development and client liaison with mining clients and local authorities including preparation of bids. Provide mentoring to junior Civil Engineering staff. Undertake project and design management roles for Civil Engineering projects; and Supporting the wider mining infrastructure team and other teams within the company nationally when the opportunity presents. About you: You must have experience in a consultancy environment in the area of Civil Engineering with experience designing site water management systems for mine infrastructure projects. Bachelors degree Civil Engineering or relevant qualification; Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Extensive knowledge of civil design skills in the area of road design, water management infrastructure, and other Civil Engineering services. Ability to build relationships and develop business; and Experience in managing scope of multiple projects varying complexity and size.
