• Design, delivery, and maintenance of best practice business insights solutions.

• Assist and advise clients on their data strategy, governance and transformation programs.
• Stakeholder engagement and management.
• Agile & waterfall-based project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor staff as required.
• You will provide an exceptional client experience built upon flexibility, transparency, and integrity.

• Build strong relationships with all client staff and, in the process, become their trusted advisor.
• Provide pre-sales support as part of bids, tenders and sales discussions, including assisting with proposal development, pricing and commercial terms. to ensure proposed service solutions are compelling, effective and deliverable.
• Participate in Lucid Insights business planning as required.

Essential AttributesThe candidate has the following:

• At least 10+ years' experience as a Data Analyst / Engineer / Scientist / AI Engineer / ML Engineer.
• Experienced working with Microsoft / Snowflake cloud platforms.
• Superior client management and presales skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills
• Experience delivering agile projects in professional services or corporate environments.
• Ability to generate new business through targeted business development strategies with existing and new clients.
