In this role you will: - Provide specialist HR advice on legislative and industrial frameworks by way of HR policies, procedures and guidelines, to minimise the risk of corruption and to ensure compliance, standardisation and the delivery of high quality HR services.- Lead a values-based, client-centric HR consultancy model of service delivery to strengthen and influence key client relationships through the development of in-depth knowledge of clients' business context, objectives and people management challenges.- Provide strong generalist and strategic HR advice to the Director, HR and Manager, Operational Practice to inform the development, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of complex HR change management projects in alignment with Corrections 2030. - Partner with key clients (up to senior executive level) and build strong relationships with General Managers, Manager Regional Services and HR Managers across QCS to enhance the People Capability Command's connection and approach to centralisation of the HR function. - Work in partnership within the People Capability Command to ensure consistency in the application of tailored HR advice and targeted business group solutions that incorporate legislative requirements, HR policy and best practice and integrate the goals of the business in alignment with Corrections 2030.- Conduct research and analysis to prepare complex review reports, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence regarding the development, progress and delivery of key HR-related workforce projects.- Analyse HR metrics workforce data to identify issues and trends to inform the workforce, recruitment and people capability development strategies ensuring alignment with the QCS Strategic plan, Corrections 2030 and the delivery of HR business and operational plans.
