Our high-performing team in Brisbane who specialise in Industrial recruitment is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to come join us, this position will be based from both our Hendra and Logan offices, so we need someone that likes to be on the road.You will focus on partnering with new clients, scoping new recruitment projects where we can deliver exceptional talent & services growing the team's local market share, so being passionate about sales is essential. A day in your new role:

• New business development & client relationship management across brisbane
• Developing candidate attraction strategies, screening and placing suitable talent with our Industrial clients
• Accompany the Randstad temp and perm workers in the daily operations
• Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's

What you will need to succeed:

• Do you have experience in recruitment or corporate sales?
• Are you a sales-motivated individual and driven by high rewards?
• Are you career-driven, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
• Do you like working closely with your team as well as independently?
