Salary·Application of Pall technologies to create process solutions.
·Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, and training,
·Maintain close customer contact during projects. This will involve travel to customer sites for technical meetings or to perform test work, giving technical presentations, and updating customers of project status.
·Technical consultation involving scale up / scale down testing plans and data review, sizing and compatibility recommendations, and troubleshooting customer technical issues and field investigations.
·Internal project work in support of generating data to create technical posters/presentations for conferences, for Pall Application Notes, and for publication.
·Provide “voice of customer” feedback through regular communication with other Pall groups.
·Provide phone or site assistance for PORs as required.
·Provide thought leadership.
·Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current regulatory trends, issues and guidelines relating to the products being supported.
·To support business growth by promoting Pall technologies, generating new leads (business opportunities) at customer sites that can be converted to orders by the sales team
·Attend training courses as required and assist with training/mentoring/coaching of new staff.
·Consolidate customer technical inquiries and build infrastructure for knowledge management.
·Responsible for talent management to ensure the continued development of junior associates.
·Create trusted relationships with other team members; Understand what they value and support them in achieving their development goals.
·Coach the team to enhance their network and identify challenging / stretch roles or projects to support career progression.
·Understand the performance and development planning process. Partner with other teams to create objectives, measure performance progress against objectives and close gaps with appropriate action plans.
