-You can view and print these PDF attachments by downloading .This is a permanent, full time vacancy.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Principal HR Rostering Consultant.The Principal HR Rostering Consultant is a new role responsible for leading a dedicated team in the management and support of the departments rostering solution. In this role you will manage the development, enhancements, and improvements to the solution to meet the needs of the organization.Ideal candidates will bring knowledge and expertise in HR system administration processes and controls ensuring strong compliance, assurance and standards are maintained.   • Highly developed experience and knowledge in leading a team in a large and complex environment in the management and administration of a HR system.
  • Team leadership skills and ability in coordinating and allocating work, defining team priorities and resources. Includes the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience to coordinate and maintain departmental systems, including understanding of information technology requirements and specifications, trouble shooting and issues to meet service delivery requirements.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and influence outcomes with a diverse range of people.
