As the Principal Manager (Strategic Asset Management & Investment), you will be part of a dynamic, diverse and inclusive team that is committed to providing a high standard of service to support Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ) achieve its objectives and outcomes for the Queensland Community.
Responsibilities will include:
- leading and managing the MSQ investment program, including coordination of investment prioritisation decisions, monitoring and reporting, and facilitating program delivery
- maintaining and overseeing asset management policies, strategies, guidelines and procedures
- working in partnership with stakeholders
- leading and guiding a team in the provision of expert advice
Requirements of the role include:
- high level ability to lead asset management functions across a diverse asset base
- demonstrated high level knowledge and expertise in financial management
- demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in use of contemporary financial, asset and management tools
- proven ability to lead, develop and motivate your team
- excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- proven ability to build enduring relationships
