Principal Revenue Advisor

About this role
This role is responsible for supporting NSW Health entities to maximise own source revenue. This is achieved through creation and delivery of statewide revenue strategies across key areas of governance, systems and tools, training and education and best practice.
Crown Clerk 11/12, salary from $139,787 - $161,663 plus Super and Annual Leave loading

What you'll be doing
  • Design and implement statewide revenue strategies across key focus areas
  • Engage with key revenue stakeholders and executives across the state to monitor performance and identify areas of opportunity for improving revenue performance.
  • Provide expert advice in the design and implementation of statewide revenue tools and training and education resources
  • Management of NSW Health Revenue policy and procedures
About you

  • Superior project management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An innovative and energetic style with the ability to move from the strategic to the operational in order to drive the implementation of best practice and change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills enabling you to encourage and motivate a diverse group of stakeholders across the NSW Health system.
  • Experience in developing and implementing large scale strategic plans across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NSW Health revenue policies and procedures.
