Job description

Be accountable at an advanced practice level for the review, design and implementation of trauma informed care educational materials and practice resources for state-funded alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health workforces across Queensland.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation and assessment of alcohol and other drug (AOD) nursing education programs, managing educational resources and providing nursing expertise related to AOD treatment across Queensland.

Specifically, the role is accountable for the review, design and implementation of trauma informed care educational materials and practice resources for state-funded alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health workforces across Queensland.

About you

Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of employm
