POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Principal Risk Advisor is to lead and support work across the whole Department of Health on risk management and reporting, in line with the department's Risk Management Framework. It is a key change role that promotes risk management and reporting as a vehicle for business improvement and meeting the department's strategic objectives.
The position provides high-level support and strategic advice to the department's Executive Board, Audit and Risk Management Committee, as well as other managers and staff.
