The purpose of the SAP Functional Analyst is to provide expert advice of the Departments SAP ECC6 solution focusing on Procurement and Logistics business processes. Ensuring enhancement, maintenance, support, system issue and problem resolution activities are completed to meet service delivery and requirements of the Corporate clients supported by the Functional Team.

Your Role:
As the Principal SAP Functional Analyst, we are seeking candidates experienced in
- Design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP functionality for Materials Management and Operational Procurement in SAP
- Review business processes and recommend innovative options and implement solutions to enhance/optimise business processes particularly across areas such as SAP Forms, SAP workflow, SAP Reports and SAP Interfaces with 3rd party applications
- Lead engagement with corporate departmental stakeholders to translate business needs into well written, unambiguous business requirements specificaitons and functional requirements documentation for SAP Development and Technical resources
- Corporate stakeholders could include areas focusing on Procurement, Facilities and Infrastructure teams.

- Seeking a self starter with strong time management skills and able to manage multiple activities and projects concurrently
- An advocate for SAP best practices and business process optimisation and improvement to support the business and Corporate clients within the Department of Education
