Principal Software Engineer

CredEntry is now expanding its talented workforce seeking a Principal Software Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the high-performance software solutions whilst bringing strategic and highly collaborative leadership and influence.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer who brings an innovative and dynamic mindset when it comes to solving and communicating through complex technical challenges. The role will include:

• Designing and implementing architectural frameworks.
• Leading the develop team and be hands on.
• Supporting Agile practices, ensuring the ongoing improvement of services.
• Facilitating various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up.
• Performing SysOps functions in maintenance of the Azure and associated platforms and databases.
• Performing DevOps management regarding maintaining the coding environment and associated resources.
• Managing client relationships and interpreting client requirements.

Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive experience working with DDD, Event Driven Design and SOA.
• The ability to learn and understand complex systems and see opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to wade through the technical jargon and express their thoughts to technical and non-technical people alike.
• A problem solver that is curious and eager to learn.

Technical environment: .NET (C#, Blazor, Web API, Framework 4.7, ASP.NET), Azure Portal, Azure Devops and MS SQL.
