The successful person will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources function of council. you will assist with recruitment, training, WHS and performance management. The successful person will also provide the Executive Assistant and other areas of council with administrative support if required.
To be successful you will need a Certificate III in Business or equivalent relevant industry experience. Well-developed interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communication skills are required to be effective in this role. You must also hold a Class C Driver Licence. Proficiency using Ms Office programs and prior experience in Human Resources would be highly regarded. Salary: $2,472 to $2,657 on commencement with further progression available
