Your role is to brainstorm, analysis, design, explore, build customer facing web applications, API or microservice capabilities for Digital Distribution Platform in support of key strategic initiatives all aimed at uplifting our Digital Insurance Sales and Services capabilities. What you'll bring- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 10 years appropriate industry experience in Software Engineering in various programming languages
- Minimum 5 years appropriate industry experience in leading, advising and mentoring engineering teams in a variety of technical and business domains
- Proven track record of leading high performing teams
- Experience supporting high availability production systems
- Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and Lean approaches
- A deep technical understanding of programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and React JS
- A strong hands-on and technical leadership of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform on Adobe Forms, Adobe Site Pages, Adobe Analytics, Data Integration, CRXDE, AEM Components
- A strong hands-on and technical leadership on how to customise AEM Out-of-the-box component, customise authoring dialog, Adobe HTL/Markup
