The Company
This organisation provides consultancy services to support businesses and employers across NSW to enable businesses to think holistically about their workplace environment. Their new approach to health, safety & wellbeing gives the automotive industry the tools to quantify the value and drive positive safety outcomes. Partner with clients to help them understand health & safety, where its headed and what necessary steps they need to take within their business. 

The Role
This role supports the General Manager-Operations in the design, development and delivery of WHS solutions for clients within the Automotive industry. You will partner with clients to delivery bespoke, needs based WHS strategies and improvement programs for customers, including implementation support. 
Your key responsibilities include: 

• Conducting customer WHS capability reviews, workplace inspections, management systems assessments, workplace inspections and performance analysis
• Apply legislation and common law principles when providing practical and strategic solutions
• Develop appropriate systems and procedures for use by customers as part of the resource library
• Provide regular progress and status reports to customers

About You
The Successful WHS Consultant will have hands on experience working within Workplace Health & Safety and have a strong technical understanding of relevant legislation and codes of conduct. You will have formal WHS qualifications and previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable. You will be proactive, professional and enjoy partnering with different customers on a day to day basis.
