- Salary: ASO7 $106,512 to $115,137 p.a.
- Temporary Full Time position (12 months from commencement)
- Location negotiable including Working from Home and flexible working arrangements negotiable, must be willing to travel to BHFLHN sites as required.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and evolving approach to meeting the workforce needs of Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, and making a real contribution to the health services of the community.
As the Principal Workforce Strategist, you will:
- As a subject matter expert be accountable to the Director, People & Culture for the provision of workforce planning consultancy support to BHFLHN.
- Lead in the development and implementation of a BHFLHN workforce strategy to meet the current and future workforce requirements.
- Provide expert advice on the development and implementation of key recruitment, attraction, retention and deployment strategies to support critical skill shortage areas and strategic priority areas for the network.
- Provide advice and support to operational workforce planning and recruitment across the network.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in leading the development and implementation of contemporary workforce planning strategies and initiatives. This will be evident in your ability to critically analyse and think strategically about complex workforce issues, including planning, organising, prioritising and leading work at both the individual and team level. With demonstrated ability to work effectively and with a focus on outcomes, under broad direction and with exacting timelines, you will bring the skills required to build and sustain effective working relationships.
