Over the last several years the infrastructure pipeline in South-Eastern Australia has continued to grow resulting in unprecedented demand for geotechnical services. We are a team of almost 30 ground engineering specialists who are involved in a variety of technically challenging projects with industry leaders collaboratively delivering strong technical solutions. Our teams’ core focus is large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in South-East Australia, but we support projects across the broader Australia New Zealand region as well as Asia and the Middle East. We primarily work in the rail, road, aviation, urban development, renewable energy, defence and water markets. We are involved in all phases of projects from planning and ground investigation through to detailed analyses and design, and construction phase services.

Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
  • Leading the development and enhancement of our engineering geology expertise
  • Direct and mentor geotechnical investigations teams, ensuring the execution of high-quality fieldwork and data collection.
  • Leading and reviewing geotechnical interpretations providing critical insights and recommendations
  • Take a leadership role in the preparation and review of bids and proposals, incorporating geotechnical considerations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological risk assessments seamlessly into projects
Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?
  • Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering (essential)
  • RPEV or or eligibility to obtain
  • Proven experience in contributing to major projects and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to navigate complex projects and work seamlessly with diverse teams will be highly valued.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on geological risk assessments and leadership responsibilities
  • Full Australian drivers license
