- The Principal Business Analyst will guide and collaborate with representatives across the state to identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements for the development, configuration, and implementation of our client's Enterprise Corporate Finance, business, and logistics solution (S/4HANA).
Responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements, enhancing solution functionality, user experience, and cost efficiency in workforce management processes.
- Create high-quality documentation for all stakeholder groups.
- Oversee the analysis of business, user, and system requirements, offering guidance on applying integrated workforce management solutions to optimize both local and enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Skills and experience- Extensive experience with the SAP S/4HANA finance, business, and logistics solution.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated expertise in business engagement, including requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
- Proven ability to identify key issues, conduct research and analysis, and develop and document solutions.
