LMA, part of the TMA Group, is currently searching for a diligent and capable Estimator based in Truganina, Melbourne. We offer the right candidate the opportunity for personal growth as you expand your skills in the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Customer Service and Sales teams to gathering information, estimate quotations, help provide the right solution for the customer and present the solution in a clear & logical format. Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Team’s, you will be a key figure in supporting them as a “go to person” for print and raw material knowledge in assisting them to build the right solution to quote our customer, in line with their requirements.
To be a successful member of our team, the preferred candidate would ideally have at least 5 years of either self-adhesive label or printing experience (preferred) and you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Understand self-adhesive label products (or other relatable printed products)
- Knowledge of job costing techniques
- Standard costing as applicable to job costing
- Accuracy in converting RFQ’s to Estimates

- A high level of attention to detail.
- Effective time utilisation.
- Comprehend information and analyse costings.
- Creative ability to think outside the square.
- Manage resources to keep up with Sales and Production requirements.
