Reporting to the Shift Supervisors & Flexographic Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Printing of jobs using Flexographic printing machines in a timely and efficient manner with the ability to read and follow work ticket instructions
- Adhere to and promote company safety and quality processes and procedures
- Meet Production output KPI's
- Work with integrity and be a team player
- Producing a variety of quality printed products using flexographic printing presses, rotary dies and in-line finishing systems.
- Possess the appetite for cross training on different machines
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Certificate III in Printing or equilavent
- Previous Flexographic Printing experience
- Experience in the label industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor apprentices
- Be pro-active and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision with the ability to work under pressure

Our Print Team are supported to safely reach KPI's with assistance from our experienced Press Floor Supervisors, Technical Manager, Lean Manufacturing Techician, Trade Assistants and Apprentices. Ongoing training is provided.
