My client is a government departments design studio, working with a cross-functional mature design team that supports the movement of people throughout Victoria.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating design workflow and project management of the design lifecycle.
- Setting up print and pre-press, and liaising with designers at print stage.
- Collaborate with designers and external suppliers to ensure smooth production process for signage, posters and brand materials.
- Manage creative briefs and traffic management of the design workflow.
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience working in Print Production within a creative agency, advertising or government.
- Strong experience in project management across tools like Asana and Excel for managing the production process.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to manage the traffic of design.
