What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Manager, Design and Production, this role will be responsible for:

• Leading the production of printed election materials with the support of a small team of Print Production and finishing specialists
• Supporting the development of VEC's internal Print Production capability
• Assisting the procurement process for key service providers and managing supplier relationships to ensure service level agreements are met
• Engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders on any changing print requirements of VEC products
• Developing and communicating production schedules that meet business requirements and supplier capability

What you will bring to the role

• Advanced computing skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and pre-press and production software
• Demonstrated experience in leading a successful team
• Demonstrated experience with operating print, finishing and bindery equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders
• A high attention to detail whilst attending to multiple tasks
• Commitment to the VEC's core values
