Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 6000 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential.Quality and Risk Coordinator position will be based at Hindmarsh office. This position is available on part time basis, 50 hours a fortnight, working 9:30 am till 2:30 pm ideally however working days and time are negotiable based on suitable candidates' availability.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:The Quality and Risk Coordinator provides efficient and effective administration support to the Quality and Risk team. The Quality and Risk Coordinator is responsible for:

• Providing high quality administrative support to the Quality and Risk team including document preparation and checking in line with Novita's agreed templates.
• Ensuring data integrity of Novita's Incident Management System (JIRA) and providing feedback on how to improve data collection from users.
• Assisting the team in coordinating the maintenance of Novita's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Supporting Novita's senior managers by providing information and documentation relating to activities and initiatives led by the team.
• Gathering and preparing data to support board and management reporting relating to quality, risk, compliance and WHS.
• Assisting the team in the completion of Internal Audit reports.

Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be considered for this rewarding role you will have:

• Certificate in Administration, Business or similar relevant discipline (Desirable)
• Great customer service skills and experience.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft suite of programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage own work schedule, work to tight deadlines and work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to edit and format various documents with high standard.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving & time management.
