About the role
As our Print Production Specialist you will play a key role in our Services team, making sure our Copy Centre operates well and effectively. Your responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Manage Print Room operations efficiently, professionally and promptly
- Utilise advanced printing techniques for accurate results
- Handle document reproduction with attention to detail and quality
- Serve as the point of contact for printer repairs, maintenance, and stationery ordering
About you
To be successful for the role, you will have:
- Experience in a legal print room environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and typing
- Experience converting MS documents to PDF for printing, including formatting Excel spreadsheets
- Experience using Fiery Command Workstation or equivalent software
- Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- A team player attitude
