Form of workWe are a leading national Specialised Freight company with a diverse range of clientele. We also provide a wide range of delivery and technical services options for our Print Industry clients.
A position has become available to join our Qld team, based in Berrinba.
Ideally, applicants will have Printer and MFD delivery, installation and commissioning experience and may come from a Print Industry or IT support background but we would also like to hear from you if you have a good working knowledge of PC’s and you are willing to work hard and learn.
The role will also involve warehouse picking of equipment, experience in this area including forklift licence would be viewed upon positively.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Run up and pre configure print devices in our workshop.
- Contact end user IT support and gather information pertinent to a smooth installation, prior to delivery.
- Deliver and install Printers and MFD’s into end user environments in a timely manner.
- Provide training to end users on a variety of devices from different manufacturers.
Working knowledge of the below are beneficial for this position:
- Microsoft Windows OS
- Mac OS
- Basic network architecture and protocols
- Scanning protocols
- Microsoft Office applications
Other desirables:
- Customer Service experience
- MR/HR Truck licence
- Forklift licence
You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and present yourself in a clean and professional manner. Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
