We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Printing and Scanning Assistant (we call them Client Service Operators), If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we have a permanent position available for you!
What is this role?
You'll be known as a Client Service Operator, which means you are a fast-moving, methodical working offering exceptional service to our clients. Working as part of a team, you'll work on jobs from our legal clients. You need to:
- Ensure our understanding of the clients' instructions
- Copy, print, and scan based on the clients' instructions
- Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
- Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time
About you
If you bring a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients, along with strong organisational skills and a proficiency in systems, and you're a self-motivated team player who appreciates a good laugh while taking pride in your work, then we're eager to connect with you.

Be taken under the wing of a manager with over 12 years of experience in the company, their wealth of knowledge and encouraging management style will help you flourish in your new role. They love that their team is hardworking, always prioritising the client and most importantly always there to help each other.
Ultimately, it's your attitude that's most important to us, however previous experience within a corporate services or printing environment is an advantage.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Able to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently meeting deadlines and adjusting to changes in priority.
- Be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible and be prepared to go an extra mile when required.
- IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
