This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from low to high-level tasks, providing an engaging workload across all areas. Although predominantly remote, occasional travel to various properties and the family office in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is necessary for errands and property management, ensuring a dynamic and hands-on approach to the most varied day-to-day tasks.

What is unique about you?

Due to the highly prolific nature of this individual and their family office, you understand maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion is paramount. In this role, you will directly report to the EA of a UHNWI, operating under fluid and ever-evolving instructions. Your adaptability and willingness to adjust your ideas and work approach are essential in response to evolving circumstances, goals, or directives.

 In this role, you will tackle a diverse array of tasks, emphasising the importance of treating every responsibility with equal significance. Whether it's handling minor errands or leading larger projects, each contributes to the overall impact and effectiveness of the position, underscoring the importance of attention to detail and diligence across all aspects of PA duties.

Previous experience as a personal assistant will be highly valued, especially if you have exposure to working with HNW individuals or in high-end customer service settings such as 5 or 6-star venues or hotels. Possessing strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks will provide a significant advantage in this role. Additionally, showcasing emotional intelligence and the capability to assess the environment, make informed decisions, and anticipate various outcomes will empower you to seamlessly transition into greater levels of responsibility and adeptly manage entrusted tasks.

Although the role is predominantly remote, travel to various properties and the family office in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is essential for errands and property management. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are prerequisites for this opportunity. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must possess full working rights. This requirement reflects future potential long-term opportunities with the right candidate beyond the initial six-month contract.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Extensive and frequently changing domestic travel organisation. Work with dedicated premium account management and concierge services for all flights, accommodation and transport
  • Assist with the planning of a wide array of events, from significant birthdays, restaurant bookings & private dinners to philanthropic & charity endeavours and business commitments
  • Oversee the organisation and management of onsite maintenance and service providers across multiple properties
  • Be on hand to assist with a variety of ad hoc, spur of the moment personal requests and errands from significant family members
  • Deliver and collect various confidential documents, order supplies, assist with personal shopping items and run various errands when required
