About the roles:
We currently have vacancies in the following areas:
- Pan Assistant - You will be responsible for the production of sugar crystals using syrup that is produced upstream by monitoring the process through automatic control systems and visual assessments.
- Pan Boiler - Responsible for the production of high-grade sugar and overseeing low-grade sugar production. Operating the station in a manner that minimises disruptions to factory productivity and ensures the production of high-quality massecuite to ensure sugar quality is met.
- Fugal Operator - Responsible for the separation of sugar crystals from molasses to produce raw sugar to required sugar quality standards
- Evaporator Operator - You will be responsible for heating cane juice, the removal of mud and concentration to a syrup consistency for downstream production of sugar crystals.
These roles require shift work during the crushing season, which includes weekends and overtime as required (paid at penalty rates) and day work during the maintenance season.
The Opportunity
While the following qualifications are requirements in this role, we are prepared to provide training to the successful candidates who have the right aptitude and team fit.

- Confined Space
- Working at Heights
The successful applicant will also be required to undertake further training to complete the appropriate Operator station and maintenance competencies.
