PROCESS OPERATORS
Dolphin Tungsten Open Pit Mine are looking for experienced Process operators. These will be based on King Island at the Grassy Mine site. FIFO and Residential options available.
Roster – FIFO 14/7 from Melbourne, Burnie or Launceston, Shift work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control plant processes and equipment to maintain optimal operation and adherence to standard procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring of equipment, cleaning, hosing and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Operate mobile plant equipment as required by your supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, conduct safety inspections, and respond to safety incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, process parameters, and equipment maintenance tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements initiatives. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
About you:
- Previous experience as a process technician,
- Ability to work in a highly autonomous work environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- National Police Clearance or ability to attain one.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance required
- Be health, safe and environmentally conscious.
- Enthusiastic, small team operator.
- Current Australian working rights
