Your new company Our client is a highly specialised manufacturer based in Queanbeyan who provides products to high profile clients in Australia and internationally. Due to continued growth across the business they are seeking full time experienced factory workers to join the team and learn their processes. Your new role In this position, you will be an integral part of an established business and will receive all the training you need to succeed. You will be trained across the various areas in different processes to manufacture products, including working around and with machines and chemicals, manual handling and boxing up items for dispatch. You will work a standard 8-hour day with some flexibility on the start and finish time for the right person. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will need a high attention to detail and demonstrated experience in a manufacturing role. You will also:
Be reliable and trustworthy to show up each day and work to a high standard
Due to this client's high level of interaction and supply to the defence sector, this position is only available to Australian Citizens & Permanent Residents
As part of this process, you will be required to undergo and pass a National Police Check
Be available to work an 8-hour shift between 6am and 4pm Monday to Friday
What you'll get in return

You will have one dedicated Hays consultant who will work closely with you throughout your assignment and liaise with you as you progress through to an opportunity for a permanent role with the client.
Pay of $32 - $34 per hour dependent on experience as a casual though Hays, and a salary of $55,000-$65,000 + super after transferring to a permanent position.
