APV-S are seeking Process Workersin our factory in Campbellfield, Victoria. The primary objective of this role will be to provide hands-on process work for the manufacture of our seatbelts and products. 

The main activities within this role include to:

• Take reasonable care of ones own health and safety and the health and other persons who may be affected by their actions. 
• Operate machinery, equipment and perform tasks at manual assembly stations.
• Carry out tasks in conformance to APV-S Quality procedures
• Follow Safe Operating Procedures
• Work individually and in a team
• Support other work groups and business functions as required. 

Criteria:

• The applicant will have prior experience in a process manufacturing environment. Prior experience sewing, assembling seatbelts or retractors (e.g. Autoliv) may be advantageous but not necessary. Experience in food processing or using refined motor skills, manual dexterity and hand eye coordination will equip the applicant with relevant skills. 
• Visual discrimination skills are essential.  
• The applicant must have good interpersonal skills and be able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• The candidate will be required to be self motivated, professional and act with maturity without supervision.
