What does our PRODUCTION TEAM do?

• Packing - fast paced, physical role, you must be OK to work in a chiller environment
• Food Preparation & Processing – involves cutting meat and vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing and preparing food for various cooking methods
• Assembly Line – involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; portioning components onto meal trays
• Assembly Line Fillers - running of food to assembly lines ensuring product is continuously available; lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs
• Cleaning - food work areas, machinery, equipment, all internal parts of factory + some external areas

Shift times:

• Day shift: start anytime from 3am to 7.44am
• Afternoon shift: shifts start 11am, 1pm and 2pm

Some information about you:

• Want to be part of team that is driven to achieve success every day! (and have some fun while doing it)
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Enjoy doing repetitive and physical work daily
• Have some knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
• Able to work in a cold environment is a must – our factory is maximum 8-10 degrees Celsius
• Have a great eye for detail and pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills
• Have own transport – some of our shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available
