You will be working for a large nationwide organisation who specialise in construction They work in each state of Australia and offer a wide range of specialist services. they are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a contract basis.
About the role
- Processing Payroll for around 1000 employees
- End to End Payroll Processing
- Tech One Payroll system
- ConnX - Time and attendance
- Review and assist with monitoring the Payroll inbox
- Work with sites based across all states of Australia and New Zealand to ensure accurate entry and confirmation of Rostering and Time and Attendance Data
- Provide accurate and timely processing for all payroll transactions including sound and timely advice, guidance and support to staff
- Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring accuracy of employee entitlements ensuring adherence to award, EA and legislative compliance
- Deliver a range of effective payroll processing tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, advising on process and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and time frames
- Assist with other adhoc fleet duties.
