Job Description:
As a Process Worker in our sports supplement manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of sports supplements, such as mixers, blenders, fillers, and packaging equipment.
- Performing quality control checks at various stages of the production process to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Assisting with machine setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation to track inventory levels, equipment performance, and production metrics.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or sports supplement industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and operate various types of machinery and equipment.
- Good understanding of quality control principles and the ability to follow written instructions and procedures with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
