Job description

LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Procurement Administrator in Prospect, SA.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Coordinator - Procurement where your role will primarily involve involve the receipting of materials, equipment and parts for all Groups and finalising all invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Receipting of materials, equipment and parts for Numerous Groups or as directed
  • Schedule and follow-up on purchases and arrivals (expediate all orders)
  • Advise relevant internal stakeholder of any discrepancies or price variations promptly 
  • Manage workflows on internal EzeScan programme
  • Check and change where necessary Purchase Order coding 
  • Perform goods receipt actions where necessary to include all actions relevant to Goods Dissection report 
  • Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Group Manager Procurement on all purchasing activities
  • Purchase value for money materials, equipment and parts as and when required
  • Cancel all outstanding commitments on Purchase Orders after project closure
  • Speak directly with Accounts Payable team to close out Purchase Orders

Requirements:

  • A team player, great work ethic, shows initiative, resilient and committed with strong communication skills
  • Some intrastate and interstate travel 
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Upholds LMS’ company values and culture
