We add value through procurement policy and strategy development, capability development, analysis, and advice to the Government of South Australia.About the opportunity:Procurement SA has various positions available within Procurement and/or contract management.The roles are within small teams of professionals that are responsible for either the establishment or management of strategic across government contracts, or undertaking procurements on behalf of other public authorities.The roles will provide the opportunity to work closely with various industry sectors, senior stakeholders across government and other procurement units. There is the opportunity to network amongst your peers, participate in capability development programs and support the advice and guidance to public authorities.NB: Applicants are asked to identify in their application which position(s) they are applying for.Applicant may be recommended through this process and placed into a pool for when future opportunities arise.Part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.About youTo be successful you will be:

  • Experienced in the development and management of end-to-end procurement.
  • Have the ability to work independently or under limited direction.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • A strong understanding of current procurement framework and policies
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a range of stakeholders.
