Whatever your passion, our success is a team sportJob DescriptionThe Opportunity We are currently seeking a Procurement Business Partner on a full-time employment basis. The role will consist of providing support to RWWA to deliver cost effective, compliant and sustainably sourced procurement solutions. Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to key business units.Conduct meetings with key stakeholders at all levels of assigned business units.Conduct Procurement & Contract Management Activities in accordance with relevant policies and frameworks.Assist business units with scoping activities in order to drive specified outcomes for the business.Assist business units develop Requests for Quote / Tender and Expressions of Interest programs.Assist business units in sourcing necessary goods and or services.Assist business units with purchasing related tasks from either Government Common Use Agreements (CUA’s) – or the private sector where required.Conduct market research to locate, evaluate and engage suitable suppliers or contractors on behalf of RWWA.Conduct various RFX programs when required in accordance with RWWA policies and procedures.Keep internal Contract Management & Document Control Systems up to date along with RWWA’s tender portal on Tenders WA.Assist with internal and external audits.Work with Team Leader and Manager to ensure procurement activities are delivered in a timely manner.Undertake tasks as directed by Team Leader and Manager as required.Act ethically and professionally at all times.
